I love the spring and summer time, nothing better than getting out and doing yard work, spending weekend’s with the family having bar-b-ques or sitting out on the porch after the sun has gone down to enjoy the nighttime breeze or a late night storm with your better half. The only thing there is to dislike about this time of year is the lack of games on the television; no college basketball or football. Instead of looking at the negatives, let’s look at the positives. Since there aren’t any games on TV, there is no better time to review some of the great games of the previous season.

We therefore go back to September 5, 2009 when the Kentucky Wildcats started their season against Miami (OH) in Cincinnati. Miami Ohio had no chance from the start of this game. Hartline threw 18-27 for 222 yards in just over 3 quarters of play. Cobb had 7 catches for 96 yards with 2 touchdowns. At the end of the game, Kentucky blew-out the Redhawks 42-0. We can only hope that our first game this year will have the same results.

P.S. Kentucky’s first game this year is against the Louisville Cardinals. 42-0? Sounds good to me!
