Kentucky Wildcats head coach Joker Phillips took some time to talk to the media in Lexington before kicking off SEC Media Days. Phillips confirmed some roster changes, says that the QB position is still up for grabs but Hartline is in the lead and he thinks that UK will climb a few rungs of the SEC ladder with their positive attitudes. Joker says that right now, he thinks UK is half way up that SEC ladder.
