Louisville head coach Rick Pitino discussed the incident with a North Carolina fan last night.
Pitino said it was an adult man and called him a “coward” for saying something then turning his back.

According to multiple on-site reports, the fan literally just said “you suck” to Pitino:
Straight from UNC security on the scene — it WAS the fan in the glasses from TV and he literally just yelled "You suck!".
