Lonzo Ball’s father, Lavar, says his son is a better basketball player than NBA star Stephen Curry.
“Hey, let me tell you this right now,” Ball said during an interview at a recent UCLA game. “I have the utmost confidence in what my boy is doing. I’m going to tell you right now…he’s better than Steph Curry to me. Here, put Steph Curry on UCLA’s team right now and put my boy on Golden State and watch what happens.
Later in the interview, he added, “Steph is going to have problems trying to guard my boy. Play one-on-one.”
Check out his comments:
I’m sure Lonzo appreciates his dad creating a rivalry for him before he even gets into the league.
