Another Publication Picks Kentucky to Play in Taxslayer Bowl

It is looking more and more like Kentucky actually has a chance to play in the Taxslayer bowl on New Year’s Eve.

Ron Higgins of NOLA.com also picks the Cats to be playing in Jacksonville.
