Calipari: A Home and Home with Indiana is “Not Happening”

John Calipari has once again publicly stated that Kentucky will not be playing a home and home series with the Indiana Hoosiers.

Calipari, appearing on the Rich Eisen Show earlier today, reiterated that he’s open to playing the Hoosiers in Indianapolis but frankly said, “a home and home is not happening.”

“We talked about it before, and I told him, we’d play at a neutral site,” Calipari said. “I’m not going to do anything home and home and Indiana didn’t want to do it. Tom (Crean) and I are friends. We talk all the time and other people get involved and, ‘You’ve got to come to our place.’ No, we’re not coming to Indiana. A home and home is not happening, but we talked about playing two years in Indianapolis and they said no. Those right now, the schedules are out ahead a couple years, but it may be in the future. There may be something in the future.”
