Eastern Kentucky Drillers Slam Jared Lorenzen and Northern Kentucky

The Eastern Kentucky Drillers continued their winning ways at home, beating the Jared Lorenzen led Northern Kentucky River Monsters 60-33.

The main attraction was former Kentucky Quarterback Jared Lorenzen who was the signal caller for the River Monsters.

Lorenzen was the general manager but decided to put the pads back on before the season started and is now the show for the UIFL franchise.

Lorenzen had a rough night as he was 19-42 for 166 yards with 2 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. The Heftly Lefty did run for a touchdown which you can see below.

David Jones grabbed one of those interceptions and was really excited about intercepting one of the former Kentucky great’s passes.
