The NCAA has announced that NCAA Tournament games that were previously held in North Carolina will now be played in Greenville, South Carolina.
With Greenville being a short (and very doable) drive from Lexington, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Kentucky playing there in March.

2017 Division I Men’s Basketball Championship, first/second-rounds, March 17 and 19: Greenville, South Carolina (Bon Secours Wellness Arena; Southern Conference and Furman University, hosts).
The Clemson Tigers played 17 home games in Bon Secour Wellness Arena last season while their on-campus arena was under construction.
