DeMarcus Cousins is doing some incredible work off the court following his gold medal performance with Team USA.
Cousins was recently awarded the “Exceptional Citizenship” award by the mayor in Mobile, Alabama:
Mobile Mayor Stimpson awarded Cousins the “Exceptional Citizenship” award for helping bring police and young people together to learn skills on and off the court.
Over the weekend, Cousins hosted a basketball clinic and a block party for kids at his alma mater LeFlore High School.
Additionally, Boogie recently sponsored hundreds of kids in Mobile to get free eyeglasses.
