Another Stephenson High School (Georgia) football player is winding his recruitment down. This time, it is running back T.J. Moon.
Moon hasn’t received as much love in the Stephenson backfield, as Florida-commit Mike Davis is the more popular recruit at this time; however, this summer, Moon has made a separate name for himself and has a great future ahead of him.
He recently cut his list down to three teams: Vanderbilt, Memphis, and Boston College.
UK was in the mix for awhile, but after not receiving an offer, Moon felt it was in his best interest to move on.
With that said, Moon will be in Nashville tomorrow visiting Vanderbilt.
It is also worth noting that another teammate of Moon’s, Darreon Herring, is also committed to Vanderbilt for now.
However, he has always been very interested in Memphis as well; Boston College is another program that is in a great position to be an Eastern power.
Moon plans to make his decision soon, and I would expect it to come within a week.
Stay tuned for more.
