DeQuin Evans has signed to play for the Cincinnati [STRIKE]Bungals[/STRIKE] Bengals today.
Evans joins Locke, Matthews, and Lumpkin as Kentucky free agent signings today.
It is reported that Evans, who played defensive end at Kentucky, will play strong side linebacker in his efforts to make the team.
