Joker Phillips hasn’t had the best tenure at Kentucky, but one bright spot has been the ability to recruit, as well as keep around his top-recruiter, Tee Martin.
However, things may be changing for Martin.
According to many people, it looks like Martin will leave the Commonwealth to take the same position at USC.
USC quarterback Matt Barkley tweeted this earlier:
