The 2011 Wildcats are already looking strong with recruits Michael Gilchrist and Marquis Teague being on the roster. There’s also talk about Quincy Miller and Tony Wroten adding their names and now Trevor Lacey is listing UK as a front runner. Trevor, a 6’4″ 205lbs shooter says “I’m about winning”.[PRBREAK][/PRBREAK]

In addition to Kentucky, Lacey has many others on his list including Kansas and Georgia Tech. Jody Demling of CJSports provided some insight on Lacey. Here are some excerpts:
[quote]”They have the top two players in my class but neither one plays my position,” Lacey said. “They are still looking for a shooting guard, so if no one else commits before I make my final decision that’s probably where I will be going to school.”
“You know if you go to play with the best you expect big things,” he said. “When you get at that level it’s not all one-on-one plays. He has a system where everybody gets in the right place at the right time and it’s where you need to be too win.”[/quote]
