Tony Wroten Jr. has said many times that Kentucky is at the top of the list. Mike Gilchrist and Marquis Teague have been in contact with Wroten Jr. and I would say it is just a matter of time until he commits to Kentucky. The 2011 class is looking more and more as maybe the best class of all time.
