Kings’ President of Basketball Operations Geoff Petrie announced today that DeMarcus Cousins has inked his contract with the team. Cousins was picked as the 5th selection in the NBA draft by Sacramento and is quickly becoming a fan favorite in the area. The details of the contract were not announced, however it is believed to be worth in the neighborhood of $3 million for the first year. He can earn up to $7 million in his first 2 years.[PRBREAK][/PRBREAK]
