Launching with a Kickoff Signing at Joseph Beth Booksellers in Lexington the night of August 31 and stretching throughout the month of September, Coach Cal will visit several counties he was unable to get to during last year’s tour in support of the best-selling self-help book.
“What the tour did for me last year, was help introduce me to the people of the state,” Coach Cal said. “With this tour, we don’t go as far and wide but we do get to some places we haven’t been yet. I’d love to eventually get to all 120 counties, but it will take some time!!”
Following the JoBeth event, Coach Calipari does a full day in Lexington on September 1 (Barnes and Noble and for UK Students only on campus) and then visits: Prestonsburg, KY (9/2); Middlesboro, KY (9/3); Louisville, KY (9/4); Shelbyville, KY (9/5); Ashland, KY (9/6), Frankfort, KY (9/8); and Winchester, KY (9/28).
The paperback version of “Bounce Back” includes a new epilogue with Coach Cal’s reflections on Year One in the Bluegrass and also, for the first time, Coach Cal’s Big Blue Madness 2009 speech printed in its original form.[/quote]
