UK Hoops start off the weekend and their season with the first game of the year. They will match up against Morehead State tomorrow and you can expect another fast paced game as Coach Mitchell will use the full court press most of the game. Nation of Blue will be right here to bring you live coverage of the game including a live audio stream and open chat during the game.
[B]Kentucky Wildcats Basketball – Friday November 12, 2010 at 7:00pm:[/B]
Like UK Hoops, the men’s basketball team also start their season Friday with a rematch of last years opening round of the NCAA tournament. This is not a game to overlook, although I think the Cats will walk out with the win against ETSU. It can’t be overlooked due to the returning players they have who bring back most of their scoring and a lot of experience. Nation of Blue will also be here to bring you live coverage of this game and hopefully have a live stream as well as an open chat.

Have you heard that this game is a must win? The Wildcats face Vanderbilt and look to earn bowl eligibility with their 6th win of the season. Most people are saying that the season would be considered a success with a 7-5 finish. That means a win against Vandy and Tennessee. Derrick Locke returns and after the game last week against Charleston Southern, the Wildcats are as rested as they could be going into Saturday. Nation of Blue will have coverage of this game and hopefully will have a live stream and open chat.

The Lady Wildcats don’t get much rest after only a day off in between opening games. On Sunday they travel to Ohio to face Miami (OH) in what should be another fast paced event. We’ll certainly provide a live audio stream of this game and may even finish up the weekend with another open chat. Why not go 4:4?
If you don’t consider that the perfect Wildcat Fan weekend then I don’t know what you would. Well, I guess winning all 4 games would make it the absolute perfect weekend. Time will tell and Nation of Blue will be there to carry you through it. We hope to see you around!
