Former Kentucky center Daniel Orton was involved in a nasty brawl over the weekend in China.
As the video below shows, it appears that Orton is initially kicked below the belt by Tijian’s Liu Wei after the two players fell to the floor. Orton then grabbed Wei’s leg and slammed it to the court. From there, Orton started throwing punches and a full scale brawl erupted that ended with Orton and Shang Pin fighting in the stands.
After the dust settled, Orton, one of Orton’s teammates and two players from Tijian were ejected.
Orton’s Sichuan team defeated Tianjin 112-89.
