John Wall, since the day he stepped on the campus at Kentucky, has shown his humility. The unselfish way he played the game, how he wanted his teammates to excel at their game and how he humbly left Kentucky and accepted his role as the number 1 draft pick of the 2010 NBA Draft.
[PRBREAK][/PRBREAK]John Wall is one of the most humble players I’ve ever had the opportunity to cover. His first concern, after being drafted, wasn’t the car he was going to drive, the watch he was going to wear or even where he was going to live. It was a new home for his mother who had to work multiple jobs to take care of John and the family.
John showed his humility one more time, when he was asked what the best gift was he ever received for Christmas. A must watch, here’s John’s answer.
If you care to fast forward, you can find John at the 1:50 mark into the video.

John may never be blessed with the opportunity to be a father, but if he is, I can’t imagine he would be anything short of a fantastic Husband and Father…
