Former Kentucky guard DeAndre Liggins has reportedly finalized a deal that will send him to Russia for the upcoming season.

Liggins spent last season with the Sioux Falls Skyforce in the NBA Development League. He averaged 14.2 points, 7.1 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 2.6 steals per game. He played in the NBA Summer League with Los Angeles Clippers but was not signed for training camp.
