A lot of recruiting news was floating around today about a lot of players. Everything from Jon Davis to DeAndre Daniels has surfaced today. Lets take a look….

[*]Kentucky football commit Jon Davis was reported today to be taking a visit to Illinois this weekend. He is also supposed to visit Louisville sometime next week.
[*]DeAndre Daniels is back in the news today as someone took a screen shot(pictured right) of his name in the KU school directory. The KU message boards are blowing up with excitement. I wouldn’t get too excited..you never know what Daniels will do.
[*]Stan Simpson told me today that he has offers from WVU, Gonzaga, Memphis, Georgia, Arkansas, and Cincinnati. No offer from UT or UK yet… He also plays tomorrow night so I will try to update you when I find out how he does.
[*]Hope you checked out the new Perry Ellis Recruiting Journal earlier today. If is a great introductory article and now I am looking forward to the next entry. I have heard Kansas fans are up in arms that Perry is doing the journal for a Kentucky website. We welcome any fan to come and read Perry’s journal and we are happy to be his medium. This shouldn’t alarm any other school’s fanbase. Perry will make his own decision in due time.
