Vanderbilt quarterback questionable for Saturday’s game

Vanderbilt quarterback Patton Robinette is questionable for Saturday’s game at Commonwealth Stadium. Vandy head coach Derek Mason announced the news during his weekly press conference.

From Saturday Down South:

“Robinette suffered a concussion in the first quarter of Vanderbilt’s 48-34 loss to No. 13 South Carolina on Saturday. The sophomore landed on his head just before capping off a successful touchdown drive with an 8-yard pass to C.J. Duncan to give the Commodores a 14-0 lead. Robinette would leave the field after the drive to be evaluated and missed the remainder of the contest.”

Freshman Wade Freebeck will make his second career start if Robinette is not 100%.
