Nazr Mohammed and the Bobcats knocked off Tayshaun Prince and the Pistons, 97-87. Mohammed shot 3 of 4, for 6 points total. He added 3 rebounds to finish with a +5 over/under in 14 minutes of play.
Prince also got a +5 over/under on the night, but he shot 8 of 17 (47%) from the field and missed his only free throw attempt. Tayshaun finished out his stat line with 5 assists, 3 rebounds and a block in over 40 minutes of play.
Eric Bledsoe and the Clippers dropped one to Keith Bogans and the Bulls, 106-88. Bogans got almost 20 minutes of play as a starter, and shot 2 of 5 (including a 3-pointer) totaling 5 points and 4 rebounds on the evening. We talked before about over/unders and how Bogans continues to start despite his lack of production. Bogans finished the evening with another positive over/under (+9).
Bledsoe had an off night, making only 1 of 4 of his shots (missing his only attempt from long range) for 2 points total. He had 3 assists, but also 3 turnovers, resulting in an abysmal -13 over/under.
Houston (Chuck Hayes, Patrick Patterson) won a tight game over Utah 97-96. For his part, Hayes was 50% from the field (4 of 8) and 63% from the line (5 of 8) for 13 points total. He attained a rare double-double with 12 rebounds, 2 assists and a blocked shot for a flat (0) over/under.
Patterson didn’t fare as well, missing all three of his shot attempts (one from long range). He managed 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 block for a -4 over/under in 13:13 of play.
Jodie Meeks and the 76ers fell to New Jersey 106-92. He shot 5 of 9 (56%) from the field (including 2 from behind the arc) and made all 3 of his free throws for 15 points on the night. Meeks finished out with 2 steals, a rebound and an assist for a +5 over/under.
