So far this year, Kentucky fans have been accustomed to hearing about Trevor Lacey dropping 50 points in multiple games.
Well, there is a new player to add to that feat.
Archie Goodwin (2012, Sylvan Hills, Ark.) went for 51 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists Tuesday night, as some coaches and scouts were in attendance.
Of the coaches, the most high profile guy had to be Bill Self, and you know he was pleased.
This has to be good new for Coach Cal as well.
With the Class of 2012 somewhat of a blur right now for Kentucky, and Goodwin expressing a ton of interest in the ‘Cats, it has to be a positive to see a top recruit picking up the scoring duties.
He is proving he can put his team on his back to this point.
