Former Kentucky teammates Patrick Patterson and DeMarcus Cousins reunited as competitors in the NBA last night.
In Houston’s 123-101 win over the Kings, Patterson chipped in 8 points and 2 rebounds off the bench.
Cousins started at power forward for the second consecutive game and went for 20 points and 11 rebounds.
Former Wildcat Chuck Hayes had 8 points and 6 rebounds.
Cousins and Patterson shared a hug before the game.

Jonathan Feigen reported on Twitter that Houston’s Luis Scola is having problems with his right knee. If Scola misses any action, Patterson is likely to see an increase in minutes.
