I spoke to Kentucky recruit Stan Simpson and he received a visit from Kansas Assistant Coach Kurtis Townsend on Tuesday.
[PRBREAK][/PRBREAK]I didn’t get to talk to Stan very long, but he did say the visit went good.
There had been reports that Bill Self was on the visit with Townsend but Stan said that was not true.
Kansas, Memphis, and Kentucky are all in the mix for Simpson and he is planning on making visits after the Final 4.
Stan told us in an interview on the Big Blue Breakdown that Kentucky was his leader.
Kentucky has yet to offer the 6’10 center from John A. Logan Junior College in Carterville, Illinois.
