I just spoke to Stan Simpson’s coach Kyle Smithpeters and he had some interesting things to say about the 6’10” center’s recruitment.

Coach Smithpeters said that the 3 schools that has had the most interest in Stan right now is UCONN, Kansas, and Memphis.
Simpson is on a visit to Memphis as I write this.
I asked Smithpeters if Stan has said anything about Kentucky lately and he said that he hasn’t heard Stan say anything about Kentucky in a couple of weeks.
My guess is with Braeden Anderson visiting after the Derby Classic that Kentucky has possibly cooled on Simpson.
There have also been rumors that Simpson was going to visit Kansas next week, but at this time he has made no plans to visit anywhere in the upcoming week.
