Cordia’s Christen Cunningham and Anthony Tagaloa combined for 37 points to lead Cordia past Betsy Layne in the semifinal round of the All “A” Classic on Saturday. Cunningham also had 6 assists, 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Tagaloa added 5 rebounds.
Peyton Case led the Bobcats’ effort with 17 points and 3 rebounds. Andrew Tackett scored 12 points and Dylan Meade chipped in 11 points for Betsy Layne.
Cordia moves to 17-5 and will face Newport Central Catholic in the All “A” Final on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Betsy Layne moves to 19-4.
