Evidently 2012 5-star recruit [URL=”http://www.wildcatrecruits.com/playerProfile.php?Contact_ID=568&Recruit=Archie-Goodwin”]Archie Goodwin[/URL] has been reading the sports pages of [URL=”http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/recruiting/basketball/mens/news/story?id=6728884″]ESPN’s Dave Telep[/URL] who opined recently that Goodwin could be the first 2012 recruit to commit to UK. I haven’t seen any other ‘pros’ who printed this presupposition, but it has been on several blogs and forums now. Archie wanted to let everyone know today that such is not the case. Really. It’s not going to happen. So stop it.
Archie has since clarified his position with the following Tweets:
