If you follow my twitter account you already know a little about Josh Harrellson’s heroics last night at a local bar in Lexington.
Josh and some friends were at the Tin Roof last night and when walking out saw a man that was very intoxicated slap a woman across the face.
The man then ran to his car and started to back up really fast….
I’ll let Josh tell you the details.
“All of sudden he was coming right at us, and i pushed everybody out of the way and bam, right into my truck.”
“About 4 of us jumped onto the truck and reached in there and turned the keys off and just to make sure he wasn’t going anywhere”.
“We were just worried because he could have put it into drive and maybe ran somebody over.”
Pretty courageous stuff from Josh, especially with a NBA career on the horizon. Josh did what he could do, and he wants everyone know he is fine.
“I am the type of guy that wants to make sure everybody is alright..i saw and i moved out of the way so i am fine…
“My truck got hit and its replaceable and the kids(who were in the driver’s back seat) were fine.”
“I have a nice little dent in the back, and i hope the guy has insurance, but lives aren’t replaceable and I would definitely do it again so the kids would be safe.’
A lot of people in Kentucky look up to basketball players as their heroes, well it looks like Josh Harrellson is living up to the hype.
