It’s never a good feeling to see a Kentucky team lose in Rupp (current or alumni), but John Calipari kept his unbeaten streak going at home, an incredible feat in its own.
The Dominican National team, led by former Louisville stars Francisco Garcia and Edgar Sosa, fought hard for a 106-88 victory over the UK Pros. Literally, they fought. Just ask DeMarcus Cousins and Garcia.
Garcia led the Dominicans with 30 points, Sosa had 29 and Horford had a double-double. The hated rivals were on fire throughout the night.
Cousins led the UK Pros with 28 points, followed by Jodie Meeks with 17 and John Wall with 15; this was the first loss for Cousins, Wall, and Eric Bledsoe, as Boogie noted Monday night.
