Brandon Ashley, a five star recruit and top 10 ranked player in the class of 2012, recently narrowed his final list of college choices to four. Ashley will choose between Arizona, Oregon, UCLA, and Kentucky. PGU caught up with Ashley to get an update on his recruitment and his preparations for his senior year of high school at Findlay Prep.
“It’s getting closer to the season, closer to that first signing period, so I just wanted to cut things down,” Ashley said of trimming his list of suitors. “If I can I want to sign in the first signing period. I want to take a couple visits to get my decision straight and shoot for sometime in that range.”
Ashley said that visits are important to his decision making process, but as of now he has no permanent plans.
“I think I’m going to take visits to all four schools, UCLA, Arizona, Oregon, and Kentucky,” he said, “but I haven’t decided yet.
