Of course, we know what everyone is looking forward to is seeing Anthony Davis, Michael Gilchrist, Marquis Teague, and Kyle Wiltjer wear the Kentucky uniform for the first time and see what we have to look forward to in March.(New Orleans) I am looking forward to the side attraction which is the recruits that will be in attendance for the annual celebration of a new basketball season.
Last season Cat fans didn’t have to worry about anything because the 2011 class was already set…this season is a whole different story.
Shabazz Muhammad and DaJuan Coleman have already confirmed that they will be in attendance and you would think other top recruits will do the same.
There is a possibility, along with Muhammad and Coleman, that Archie Goodwin, Alex Poythress, Mitch McGary, Brandon Ashley, TJ Warren, and Perry Ellis could all be in Lexington on October 15th…
This could go down as the biggest recruiting night in Cal’s tenure in Lexington….and Kentucky fans could play a big part in swaying these top recruits to being a part of the Big Blue Nation.
