The Alabama Crimson Tide rolls into Commonwealth Stadium ranked #1 in the country, and a 28 point favorite over the Kentucky Wildcats. The way Kentucky played last week against South Carolina, you would think Kentucky could at least make this a closer game than what the experts think.
Saturdaydownsouth.com has given us their prediction and it doesn’t look good for the cats.
#1 Alabama (-27.5) at Kentucky
Jon: Kentucky has been playing much better, and Alabama looks like they’re finally hitting their stride. The Tide haven’t allowed an offensive TD in three straight games now. That ends Saturday but UK covers. Alabama 34, Kentucky 7
Kevin: I think Alabama will cover the spread and pound Kentucky. Alabama begins their march to the BCS Championship this week. Alabama 38, Kentucky 7.
I also tweeted out my prediction.

I think Kentucky will cover the spread this week and could stay in the ball game with Alabama, but Kentucky will have to play a perfect game for that to happen.
In case you forgot, the last time the #1 ranked team came to Commonwealth Stadium Kentucky came out victorious. Can the same thing happen this week? Maybe, but I wouldn’t count on it.
