Five-star 2014 shooting guard Kelly Oubre has cancelled his visit to Kentucky and will likely make announcement today. Oubre was set to take an official visit to Kentucky for Big Blue Madness next week. Kentucky and Kansas are at the top of the list for Oubre. It is now safe to say the five-star prospect will choose Kansas today.
