The United States Olympic Team plays their first exhibition game tonight vs. the Dominican Republic at 9pm in Las Vegas.
Coach John Calipari will coach the Dominicans, which will probably be for the last time, against a team that Kobe Bryant says could beat the 1992 Dream Team.
While I think that is the craziest statement I have heard since a recruit said he is cutting Kentucky because they haven’t offered him yet, I do think Cal’s goal should be to stay within 20 points of a very loaded Team USA.
It will also be a chance to see Anthony Davis in action, as he has been added to the roster since Blake Griffin recently injured his knee in a team scrimmage Wednesday.
You can watch Cal vs. Davis on ESPN2 at 9pm.
