It looks like someone didn’t like the Louisville themed billboard in Frankfort that stated that “Lexington is for the Birds.”
It took a lot of heart to climb up there and take down half of that billboard, that and a lot of hate.
My guess it could have been a Kentucky fan, or maybe the people that paid for it couldn’t afford to keep it up there for too long, or it could have been the recent storms that have hit the area.
In any case, it looks a lot better now.
