McKinney, Texas wide receiver T.V. Williams is visiting Kentucky today.
Williams is a 3* prospect standing 5-9 and weighs 143 lbs. With the small frame Williams carries, he runs a 4.4 40 yard dash.
With that kind of speed you would have to think he will be used as a kick returner.
