With the Commitment of Center Willie Cauley (#28 overall according to scout.com), the Wildcats gained a much needed big in a class where there weren’t many left. Not that Cauley is slim pickings, many have said that Cauley’s upside is greater than that of Kaleb Tarchewski (#8 overall according to scout.com) since their respective commitments.
When asked about his commitment, Cauley had this to say.
[I]“They have everything,” Cauley said. “My thing was, do I have the confidence, right now, to be successful there? Standing up to the hype is the hardest thing about Kentucky.”[/I]
Cauley joins shooting guard Archie Goodwin to give UK what is currently a top 10 recruiting class in 2012.
