Nerlens Noel is an Extremely Confident Young Man (Understatement)

With the NBA All-Star Game coming up, ESPN spoke with several of the nation’s top prep stars about how they feel they would compete.

Nerlens Noel’s response is priceless.

“I mean, think about it, they don’t really play a whole lot of defense anyway in the All-Star Game,” Noel said. “They don’t contest dunks or anything. Oh yeah, I think I could get in there and drop a 30-piece on the low.”

Several other players offered more tempered replies. Among them, Shabazz Muhammad.

Other players who chimed in included Julius Randle and Duke commit Rasheed Sulaimon. What most these kids had to say is down right laughable.
