earlier this month Andy Katz of espn got in touch with a computer wizz tose who the number one program of all time was, and the winner is….. the University of Kentucky with 89 points!! UK was the number two team throughout all of the 40’s, one in the 50’s and 90’s, four in the 70’s, five in the 60’s, and ten in the 00’s. throughought our history we have never been out of the top 10!! we beat out UCLA, Kansas, North Carolina, and Indiana by little more than 2 points (they all had 87 points). Other noteable teams were UofL as the number 11 team overall, Western Kentucky as the number 44 team overall, and Eastern Kentucky at number 136 overall.
