Former University of Louisville point guard and Kentucky nemesis Edgar Sosa suffered a gruesome leg break with just 40 seconds to go in regulation of a 92-68 blowout victory for the Dominican Republic against Panama. According to Leo Lopes, assistant general staff, Sosa suffered a compound fracture of his lower right leg (tibia and fibula) and that surgery will be required.
