Stacey Poole Jr. was a passenger in a vehicle that was hit by a drunk driver at about 2:00 AM friday morning, local news reports.
Poole’s vehicle was traveling on east High Street near UK’s campus in Lexington, when it was hit head on. Stacey was taken to the hospital but only suffered minor injuries.
The same can be said for the driver of his vehicle as well as the driver of the other vehicle who is now being held in the Lexington-Fayette County Detention Center on DUI charges.
