In this week’s installment of the Top 25 (+1)there wasn’t much change at the top, with ‘Cuse, OSU, and Kentucky holding down the top three. Here is what Goodman and Parrish said about the CATS:

Seems almost mocking how they make it a point to say that Jones is out with a ‘pinky’ injury, No? Let me stop before somebody calls me a crazy Kentucky fan…
Interesting that Louisville comes in at #7, while the AP and Coach’s polls have had them at #4. With the big showdown on New Year’s just days away, the question of whether UK will be facing a top 10, or a top 5 team, has to be in the front of everyone’s mind. I personally don’t think the Cards know what they are yet, either. One thing is for sure, by New Year’s Eve, we will have another example of how much separation there is (or isn’t) between those top three ranked teams and the rest of the pack.
