ESPN has released results of their first Player of the Year Poll. This poll is comprised of people who have votes in one of college basketball’s four annual player of the year awards (Wooden, Naismith, Robertson (USBWA) or Associated Press).
In the past three years it has accurately predicted the eventual winner of the POY award.
Right now Kansas’ Thomas Robinson is in the lead and our own Anthony Davis checks in at #4. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is #10.
This poll will run every wednesday on ESPN between now and the end of the season.
