It looks like Rod Strickland will be on the UK bench next season after all, a sudden about-face from news reports last week.
Coach John Calipari just added a status update to his Facebook account addressing the news.

He loves Coach Brown, as do I, and he enjoyed the process, but he decided to stay here, which I’m very happy about.”[/FONT][/COLOR][/LEFT]
Strickland was expected to be one of Brown’s primary assistants next season for the SMU Mustangs, but now Brown will have to seek to fill his bench elsewhere.
