Things got a little heated late in today’s game when Kentucky was close to putting Missouri away.
After Denzel Aberdeen scored to put the Cats up 75-70 with 22.5 seconds to go, Mark Pope called a timeout.
After the timeout, Missouri big man Shawn Phillips went after Brandon Garrison:

Officials decided to give double technicals to both Phillips and Garrison (although it didn’t appear that Garrison did anything wrong).
Also, we have to do a better job protecting Cody Fueger!
