According to a report by Yahoo! Sports, the NCAA Division I Football Rules Committee is ready to crack down on the biggest issue in college football – players showing their legs during games.
That’s right, with college football currently operating as a cheating circus revolving around money, the rules committee wants to make players wear leg coverings during games.
According to the report, the NCAA Division I Football Rules Committee is proposing a new rule that requires players to wear “leg coverings from the top of their shoes to the bottom of their pants.”
