An Alabama judge has denied Charles Bediako’s request for an injunction pending an appeal of his recent eligibility ruling.
Bediako was hoping to return to Alabama’s roster and play while the appeal was in progress.
According to the report below, the next step would be to make the same request of the Alabama Supreme Court.
