Florida head coach Todd Golden isn’t shying away from throwing jabs at Alabama’s Nate Oats since the Charles Bediako fiasco began.
Golden proclaimed that the Gators would beat the Crimson Tide whether Bediako played against them or not.
Of course, Florida hammered Alabama 100-77 on Sunday afternoon.
After the game, Golden fired another shot at Oats. Oats claimed earlier in the week that Florida is a good rebounding team because they are able to camp out in the paint.
Here’s what Golden said after the Gators scored 72 points in the paint and dominated the boards 44-33:
"We scored 72 points in the paint. And I thought our guys were in there for 1 second, 2 seconds, and then we'd score it." – Todd Golden referencing Nate Oats' comment that Florida is often allowed to sit in the lane for "6, 7, 8, 9, 10 seconds at a time" pic.twitter.com/vrQgsomgv1
